JetHome devices are shipped with pre-installed firmware. The manufacturer does not recommend flashing their devices and only supports devices with factory pre-installed firmware or the firmware listed below in the “Recommended Firmwares” section.

When working with Zigbee2MQTT before flashing, read and follow the recommendations for migrating to a new stick or new software: Using Zigbee JetHome devices with Zigbee2MQTT

To work using the Zigbee protocol, it is recommended to use the following firmware:

• Zigbee coordinator firmware. The latest stable version is 20210218.

Important: Third party firmware may not be compatible or supported by JetHome devices. Therefore, JetHome devices are not guaranteed to work with third-party firmware.

JetHome modules and sticks based on the reference design TI LAUNCHXL-CC1352P-2 can also be installed with software (firmware) compatible with the CC2652P1 chip and known to work on the TI LAUNCHXL-CC1352P-2 board:

• Zigbee coordinator firmware from the Zigbee2MQTT project In this firmware at the moment (version 20210708) only one LED is supported, which indicates the joining mode.
• Zigbee router firmware from the Zigbee2MQTT project
